As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I believe that you deserve acceptance and understanding regardless of the difficulties you are facing.
My role is to listen to you and provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which you may explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour without judgement and together we'll attempt to identify outcomes which are both wanted and of value to you. By helping you to access your own resources, you'll discover what is right for you and if necessary or desired, you'll make changes in order to improve how you feel or how you live your life.
